Afterpay is accessible to AI agents, but a lack of server-rendered links forces them to rely on external search, resulting in partial answers for half of the tested tasks.

Projected from the audit record. After fixing, re-run the task or re-measure to confirm.

AI agents successfully accessed the Afterpay website and consistently cited its own URLs for all tasks. However, the homepage provides very few raw HTML links (only 6), which prevents agents from crawling the site naturally. Because of this structural limitation, agents had to rely heavily on external search engines to find specific pages for 9 out of 10 tasks. While this workaround succeeded for core consumer intents like fees and eligibility, it failed to yield complete answers for policies, documentation, and contact information. Providing machine-readable entry points would allow agents to navigate the site autonomously and reliably.
